I have received several reports of people who have informed me random objects and scripts in the mod stop working when the mod is combined with others into a bashed patch or some other methods of mod merging to save space in load orders. Painful as it may be for some users, I'm afraid the mod requires its own slot in your load order in order to work correctly. Thank you~
THIS MOD IS PRESENTED AS-IS. No updates are planned. If it works for you, feel free to upload some images to the mod's gallery!

In the light that I got some reports of people getting the mod to load with New Vegas Anti Crash, I'll try opening the comments up again. So, if you're getting crashes, try installing New Vegas Anti Crash. I personally do not use it but it seems to help people. Same with the master file of Speedy Resources. My mod does not require it at all (all of the resources from there were made standalone), but I figure it wouldn't hurt to pass the information along and maybe it would help someone out there. In case you're curious, my load order can be seen here.
I'd like to take a moment to dedicate this mod and Newline Town to my friend Fnork. She sadly left us on Monday and I found out just now. She was a good friend to banter and chat with, and she was kind enough to voice the molerat in this mod. We had a lot of fun with the project and she will be sorely missed. Sad times all around. This is still so surreal...
Thinking about making a patched version of this mod, with bug fixes and more, but sadly not familiar enough with Nexus's permissions, been told mods don't play around when it comes to this stuff.
Does anyone know if I don't take any assets and only use an ESP to fix the mod, without using it, but making it a master of the ESP I make, will work? If a mod can answer that would be much better.
I'm of the opinion that once a mod isn't being supported or updated for several years, it's fair game for updating and reuploading. Nexus needs to codify some kind of End Of Life of permissions, as keeping them in perpetuity doesn't make any sense.
you still should, just call it a tribute and plaster her name all over it, ive been trying to get this to work with other mods but fail... the lod is pretty messed up once you go north like near trading post or boulder city. i wish someone would just say f it and remaster it
So after emailing Nexus Staff, and checking the faq of the mod, a remaster is possible, although not a full one as some permissions are still not given.
The mod is already under work, well at least the mod page for it is, now I just need a list of bugs to fix and I'll get working, Is anyone looking to help with that?
@TheCrabbCakes, yeah, if you could either look through the comments and find bugs then just make a list and give that list to me, or you can download the mod and play it and compile a list of bugs, either would be really helpful (;
Made a page, sadly, I barely found any issues with the mod in my testing, looked at all the posts here and only fixed one bug that actually still persist, I did also do a few minor changes but overall, I'm second guessing actually uploading a mod that does so little.
@AdeptusFreemanicus personally, I would love to see this come to life. The main issue I face with this mod currently is the overlapping issues with factions reloaded Legion. The debris from the Legion attack never clears and legion soldiers still spawn. Also for some reason clicking "finish restorations" in the mayor's office computer destroys the display and flashes random colors each time I move. The mod is currently unplayable for me because of these issues. Even a small patch would greatly enhance the enjoyment of this mod. Thank you for your work so far! if you need help debugging I would love to help, I always play with bloated mod load orders so I could help with finding issues with different mods
That is mojave raider's fault, you gotta turn on the optional esp that disable them from spawning there. Just look up the mojave raider's mod page, there's multiple optional mods in the file tab in case you missed. Tomorrow is my birthday btw
Just downloaded this mod a few days ago and I just have to say that I love it! More games in general should allow you the ability to rebuild or build up something from nothing. In the game, caps usually become unnecessary once you get your guns so you can do nothing with them. This mod fixes it by allowing you to invest in the town. And I said invest since when you tax the populace. You receive a nice 4K or 10K caps when done and it's PER DAY. This means you can get rich easily if you focus on this early game. But enough rambling, great mod man. Hope to see this updated, but probably not since it's been almost a decade.
I've been unable to find the Clearspring Mine for the Radio Star quest. I know it is supposed to be 'east of Nipton', and I've done a lot of searching east of Nipton with no success. Does anyone have any tips on how to fine the mine?
I know am late n this is wierd but i like the idea of the mod but the problem is everytime i try to enter the town hall for the first time after installing the mod into the game i load into a void along with my companions and the misc items in the hall like books they all fall down the void after i load into it and then my character dies instantly, is there any fix? pls quick response.
how do enable the donation box outside of nipton town hall ? Also how many quest are there and how to start them ? Also the option to hire tenant for N1 is broken for me. It take my caps and disappear yet the door is still barred.
