The ultimate Novac expansion/overhaul plugin for the Better New Vegas Mod.

ULTIMATE NOVAC
First off, this mod is a plug in for the mod Better New Vegas - standard version. So you need Better New Vegas mod first.
Novac sucked before, now it doesn't! An expansion to Novac that adds a bunch of new stuff.

=FEATURES=
11 new NPCs 2 robots and 2 dogs.
2 new interiors.
Lots of detail added, including but not limited to walls, outer and inner with working gates and guards posted at each gate.
A diner where you can buy food and find some of the new NPCs eating and hanging around.
Some of the new NPCs will sit around the bonfire each evening before they go back to their homes.
Weapons and armor shop by the gas station.
A clinic where you can heal yourself and buy med supplies.
A field of crops and some gardens behind the bungalows.
Cleaned some areas up, repaired some sidewalks and removed a lot ugly clutter while still leaving it looking scrappy enough to be realistic.
There is also a vending terminal where you can buy a few things like scrap metal, wonder glue etc.

=COMPATIBILITY=
Obviously this mod won't work with any other Novac overhauls.
I highly recommend AWOP as it adds NPCs that work seamlessly with Ultimate Novac.

For maximum compatibility I decided to build this mod around the Better New Vegas mod which this mod DOES NOT INCLUDE. So, a big thanks to Ryder62 for his awesome mod.
