Found and installed this after being 16 miles north of new vegas in the wilderness and still hearing ambient crowd chatter and street noises. Highly annoying on a surround headphone.

Awesome. Could you also get rid of the sounds of invisible sex in places like Casa Madrid Apartments & the sounds of breaking bottles & such in that one place that only has like 2 people in it? Something weird about the sex sounds in Casa Madrid Apartments is that I was hearing them a few minutes ago but, when I turned the game back on, they were replaced by generic crowd sounds. I then left the building, came back, & wandered around the place a bit & the sex sounds came back. I guess it's randomized.
