Screwed around with this janky mod for over an hour and just can't get it to work. I have everything installed that it requires, and yet it does nothing. Reinstalled all the files just in case my download was corrupted, and still nada. Just a waste of hard drive space unless you're an IT expert who can figure out why it's a brick.
For anyone wondering like I was, this does still work and it works with TTW. Using the following console command will allow you to respec in the Capital Wasteland without having to travel to the Mojave.

I suggest you install the vortex mod manager and install it through there, just search up a youtube video on how to use vortex to mod new vegas and the install the mod using vortex. hope i helped
^ Just look into it a little and you'll find plenty of reasons why Vortex is problematic (specifically for FNV modding) these days. At some point Mod Organizer 2 became the FNV go-to.
Great mod, but unfortunately the stat bonuses from skilled and good natured remain even if you don't select them. Wouldn't be an issue but the downsides of these traits seem to be absent. Ah well, just have to accept my poor levelling choices lol
Honestly this mod sounded too good to be true, but for what it's advertised as, it works wonders.
The only annoying part is that you need to go through each level's skill point distribution individually, instead of curating your accumulated skill points and distributing all at once, but for remembering stuff like permanent skill bonuses or challenge perks, and only affecting levelling perks, this is already pretty amazing.
And as a bonus, it's one of the safest ways to change races without perk issues. (unless modded perks)
Finally, that old Vit-O-Matic machine will have a use in my future playthroughs. Surprised this was a 2015 mod and not something more recent.
I picked up “here and now” on my old save before coming back to it and I’d like to undo that idiotic mistake.
How would this mod work with that?
Would it end up simply setting me back one level from max and I’d have to earn that last perk by leveling up one more time? That’d be the preferred situation personally, I’d like to earn that level & perk.

Are you running some ancient copy of the game?

Specifically, I activated it through the 'StartQuest' command, as I was in DC.
