Adds a second rank to Rad Child that grants limb healing and makes it impossible to die from radiation poisoning

IMPORTANT: This mod requires mechatech's awesome Radiation and Damage Resistance Cap Raised or Removed mod to work properly! Specifically, you need one of the versions of said mod that uncaps radiation resistance completely (any will do as long as it completely uncaps radiation resistance).

So what does this mod do? Well, it does exactly what it says on the tin! Specifically, it adds a second rank to the Rad Child perk, and that second rank grants limb healing at advanced and higher radiation poisoning as well as immunity to death by radiation poisoning (basically, once you reach 800 radiation, you just stop gaining any more radiation no matter where you are or what you do).
Why make it a second rank? Well, I can tell you it isn't because it was easier! I did it that way because I made this mod for myself, and I wanted it to be balanced. However, if there's interest in an "unbalanced" version that simply adds the extra benefits to Rad Child without requiring you to take a second rank in the perk, I may upload that at a later date.
This is my first time ever uploading a mod, so please be gentle?
Also, I don't care what you do with this mod as long as you don't try to use it to make a profit. Not that I have any idea how you'd make a profit off of my third-rate work! Use it, add it to other mods, lie and say you're the author (though if you do that, you'll have to take responsibility for my shoddy skills, too), set it on fire ... whatever.

Q: Why does your mod require mechatech's mod to work?
A: Because I'm a bubblehead who didn't know how to uncap radiation resistance myself?
Q: Could you make a version of this mod that takes away the penalties from radiation poisoning with Rad Child too?
A: I mean, I sort of have an idea of how that might be accomplished. It would be kind of overpowered, though, don't you think? You'd already getting a healing factor out of it! Anyway, I'm lazy, so I'm not going to attempt this. So there.
Q: I installed this mod, and I'm still getting +1 radiation per second after I hit 800 radiation! Your mod doesn't work!

CONFLICTS: This mod shouldn't conflict with anything that doesn't also make changes to Rad Child. At least I don't think it will. Maybe it'll conflict with every mod that isn't one I personally have installed myself. Maybe it will actually go rogue and actively attack all of your other mods, then take over your system. I don't think this is likely, but I make no promises!

Just drop the .esp into your Data folder and activate it. Sorry, I know that was sort of anticlimactic.
