About this mod
The goal of this mod is to add realistic damage but also to make armor realiable.
I made this mod because I was tired of installing mods that just multiplied the damage but leave the armor useless.

I came across some problems on 04/03/2017 and I had to reinstall Fallout New Vegas and all my mods. When installing GBMM I realised that I needed Lutana NVSE. I looked it up on Nexus and noticed that It was not accessable. I look online for an alternative so I found this temporary link.

I'm hoping that it is back up on nexus.
Realistic Recoil and GBMM is not required for it to work but it helps balance some of the weapons in my mod.
UPDATE 1.2
- Fixed Spread for Full-Automatic Weapons
- Renamed 5mm to 7.62mm
- Buffed DR penetration for 5.56mm and 7.62mm
- Buffed Damage of 7.62mm
- Renamed a few weapons
- Change the ammo types for the Dragunov Sniper Rifle, Type 93 Assualt Rifle, Bozar Machinegun, and M249 Machinegun
- Changed the Armor HP of of all the armor and clothes to its regular HP
What Does This Mod do?
This mod
- changes the weapon names to its real life counterpart
- changes the weapon damage by basing it on the round and not the gun. (excluding unique items)(energy weapons work differently)(I haven't finish melee weapons yet)
- changes the ammo effects.
- changes the NPC weapons and armor lists. (so far I have NCR, Legion, and Fiends done)
- changes the armor system by adding 4 categories of armor. (Clothes ,Stab Armor, Ballistic Armor, and Power Armor)
- (stab armor needs some work)
- changes the explosion effects have been tweaked to fit the damage model.
- changes the perks in the game to balance the bullet penetration model. Perks that I changed are Junks Rounds Perk, Toughness, and some of the Perks in Old World Blues that increased your Damage Threshold.
- adds Fallout New Vegas DLC items like, grenades, mines, explosives and throwing knifes to the grenade hotkey
- gives Fallout New Vegas DLC items like helmets overlays and vision modes
- adds tweaks to recipes for things like Junk Rounds and a new helmet recipe for the Lonesome Road DLC (I haven't added 12.7mm Junk round yet) (# Case + 1 Scrap Metal + 1 Tin Can + Perk = # Junk Rounds) (Bent tin can recipe to tin can)
Plan for the Future
- adding a compatibility patch for CaliberX
- adding a compatibility patch for DUST Survival Simulator. I believe it still runs
- make some weapons power armor only (this might be debatable)

These files must be load before the "Willy's Damage and Armor Tweaks For Project Nevada.esp" mod file.
In other words; to run the mod successfully, place the "Willy's Damage and Armor Tweaks For Project Nevada.esp" file in the data folder, open Nexusmod manager or whatever you have, and place it after these esps and esms.
"Willy's Stealth Patch" should be after "Willy's Damage and Armor Tweaks For Project Nevada"

Once you successfully install the mod,
click on the Mod Configuration Menu "MCM".
Go to the Project Nevada Rebalance Settings
Go to the Damage + Combat Tab
Change:
- Player Endurance Multiplier to 1
- Player Level Multiplier to 1
- NPC Endurance Multiplier to 1
- NPC Level Multiplier to 1
- Mininum Damage to 1
- Skill Damage Influence to 0

I recommend but not require
- changing the difficulty to Normal (It Sets Damage Difficulty Multiplier to 1)
- enabling Hardcore mode (Trust me you will get use to it)
- in the MCM menu, go to rebalances and change food loot all to 1% and the ammo loot to 0% (makes it harder to get ammo and food)
Compatibility:
This mod probably no compatible with mods that have a similar feature. For example "Realistic Weapon Damage" Mod or "Struggle to Survive" mod.
Unfortunately this mod is not compatible to Project Nevada Extra Options at the time being.
