Removed temporary skeleton code because Compatibility Skeleton has updated.
Change error messages to be more descriptive.
Remember to remove ALL previous B42 files when updating, ESPECIALLY meshes, and make sure Compatibility Skeleton is loaded LAST.

ACTUALLY fixed the Pip-Boy rotation. In the previous version, I accidentally used the wrong variable, so my lovely smoothing towards recenter was never applied.
