    As someone whose native language uses the Cyrillic alphabet, "Друг" being romanized as "Apyr" makes my brain hurt.

    ok so like leaving goodsprings at a certain part of the road heading towards jean's sky diving. the noise starts spamming. now i'm unsure if there's a deathclaw nearby because i don't flippin see one, and it repeats over and over until you fast travel

    This is not spelling like "Apyr", it's spelling like "Drug" ("Друг"- is "Friend" in english)

      The direct spelling is 'Drug', but the pronunciation is as you said 'Droog'. Д (is D) р (is R) у (is U) г (is G).
