This is a simple mod that buffs the service rifle accuracy significantly,
I always felt the service rifle felt very inaccurate for a rifle, so I tweaked it a bit in the GECK. Now it is much more accurate.
Rounds fired should always hit where the sights are aimed,
It's just a .esp file made with the GECK, so should work with any service rifle replacers or textures.
Note: This buffs NCR troopers a bit but not to the point of being ridiculously overpowered. (Let's be honest they could use it!)
