Requirements.

Realistic Wasteland Lighting ( Must have for best quality.)
Brighter Larger Radius Pip-Boy Light (Recommended x6 because of the nights being so dark, this is Optional BTW.)
ELECTRO-CITY - Relighting the Wasteland (Optional, gives it a bit more lighting at night if you know what i'm saying.)
