It should be possible, as Esther from GRA allegedly adds +10 DT. My suggestion would be comparing the two weapons' object effects, sounds like you know a bit about the G.E.C.K. or FNVedit. I'll try to include it in my next update, as I've been slowly working on one, but it's hard for me to get inspiration as I keep finding things that need adjusting because I'm really not planning on touching 95% of the mod personally.
Haven't download the Mod and this patch Yet, Due to slow connection But ima going to say This mod is looks compatible to Shogo Heavy Industries - Project Nevada Patch by XP47JSuperbolt. The patch stated "This mod contains the following: -Overlays match the color of their external light on the helmet. -Project Nevada's stealth effect on the Stealth armor. -Ronin and Light power armor has Night Vision and Thermal. -Aerial and Stealth helmets have Night Vision and EM vision -Stealth Helm has scanner." And didn't mention something Connects to 20MM weapons so i guess the mods work 100%
Shogo Heavy Industries is brilliant. Compleatly over-the-top, superheavy weapons that perfectly lend themselves to a powered armor playthrough (and the suits to match!), or just as a really big FU to Ceasar.
But it seems the authors have gone dark, and I have questions, so I'll ask them here.
I have noticed that a lot of the 20mm weapons have acronym suffixes. There dosn't seem to be any explanation of what these acronyms mean. Even a text file with this data would be greatly appreceated.
Hm, honestly the main attractions for me were the deployable turrets and the armor, so I'm not a huge expert on the weapons. If I had to guess, it would be that the acronyms are to tell you what "mods" each weapon has, because I don't think Shogo weapons use the game's normal modding system. I think "IS" is short for iron sights, for example. I'd have to go through the store or the files again with a critical eye to be more sure.
Some of them do, and some of them don't. For example, to add a suppressor, you need a workbench. Which does make perfect sense, but yeah. In addition, there seem to be multiple versions of the same mod, for every mod. Some of these work exactly like weapon mods should, some don't work at all.
I briefly considered that the suffixes had to do with installed mods, but initially discounted it. Didn't make any sense; didn't seem to fit with the other naming conventions in the mod. Guess I'll have to do some testing.
Edit: Further testing and NifSkope rummaging shows that the suffixes do indeed referr to pre-applied mods. Turning the 1-hand .50 smg into a bigass powered armor sidearm revealed the truth.

I'm Not sure if weapons are even able to have effects on the player, i tried changing the object effect from touch to self but that didnt work
