Requested by TheNewVegasCourier. This mod allows the player to customize how fast the dehydration, starvation, and sleep deprivation rates increase. It also allows the player to customize the thresholds for the hardcore needs (1000 is still the max however). You can find the ini file in Data/config/Control Hardcore.ini.
