Re-encoded the song "Main Theme (Muzak)" using Constant Bitrate to prevent a bug where the song would repeat a few times every time it played (Variable Bitrate is your enemy in FNV).

Slightly increased the volume of the "Main Theme (Muzak)" track from -15 db normalization to -12.
Added an optional file called "Lone Wolf Radio (Pip-Boy Radio)" where the radio station has been renamed to "Pip-Boy Radio" and all the assets were removed from the Lone Wolf Radio location so as to not conflict with any mod that makes changes to the location. Also, no quest is necessary to start the radio station in this version.
Removed the INI settings file from the download so that it doesn't replace whatever playlist you might've selected if you're updating from the last version.
