   Yeah Doctors bags already do all limbs at once. I dunno what youre playing

      When used from the AID section the Doctors bag will give all limbs a very small fraction of their health back, meaning it's really easy to get crippled again.
      You can go to the status screen and choose a single limb to apply the Doctors Bag on and it will heal the limb to full health instead of the slight amount if you applied it to all the limbs.

      I'm no FNV expert (played it once 5+ years ago and started again just a few weeks ago) but in hardcore mode one doctors bag only restores one limb.

      If you use it from the status screen, it heals one limb. If you use it from the aid menu, it heals all limbs.

   I don't believe Doctor Bag restores all limb condition fully in vanilla game. At least not in survival, perhaps?

   When I use a Doctors Bag it does restore all limbs plus head. Stimpacks just restore one limb or head at a time.
