I followed the instructions for installation, but for some reason the game doesn't seem to play it. I also replaced a couple other songs with my own (using the method of renaming songs of my own, renamed to match the name of whatever i'm replacing), but the radio just seems to go silent if it goes to play one of the songs. Any idea how I might fix this?
To start, I'm not into anime much at all, but I'm well versed on Vtuber stuff. This game has been out for a nearly a decade now, immersion isn't everything, and being able to put your interests into a game you love is fine. I don't care about the surplus of massive highly specific authentic modern guns on the site, but they're all fun to different people. This site hosts mods, just because you don't like this mod doesn't mean it doesn't get to exist. Not everyone wants every playthrough to be highly immersive and intense, being able to play with silly mods to make the game incorporate other interests is fine by me. Personally, I don't think I'll use this mod, but it deserves to be here just as much as every mod, because it's not offensive in any way and is just the mod author putting something they enjoy on the site.
Don't hate things you don't enjoy, just know that other people don't hate the things you don't enjoy. There's no issue in having this here, it's cute, and not everyone is you, and that's okay. Thanks for making this mod mod author, it's great.
Agree, as well. And well said. I never heard of this Gawr Guru stuff, neither the game, nor the www presence. But I love learning new things, exploring. I explored the Elder Scroll and Fallout universes so many times that I can tell where any screen shot is taken, almost immediately. And hearing all those (vanilla game), vintage (out of copyright) songs is, well, decades later, tiresome. I grew up with them -- so -- bring on the new music. And this one fits the game. Unless you actually think each and every person that survived October 23, 2077, 09:13 Eastern Time, had the exact same mood, interests, yada, that each of us has. Some were silly, some were serious, some were sadists, some were ... shot in the head. Enjoy the mods you like. Pass the others by. And you, who passed Doc's vit-o-matc, go explore the 'other' mods. So much to learn and enjoy.
