    ItsMeJesusHChrist, could you please tell me the difference with the Reinvented the (Companion) Wheel (Nexus 89902)? As far as I understand it, the latest (Reinvented) mod is just newer than this one?

    It's the little things like these that make the experience better

    On a sidenote, i'm curious to know, how do you exactly "clean" these up?

      I drew every icon myself, and I tried to be as true as possible to the original source material. I obviously did take some liberty on trying to improve the actual designs.

      Everything is 'new', nothing is modified.

    catches me off guard everytime i open the companion wheel because i expect to see this blurry mess on my screen but what i see is so much better.

      Like FO3, the game was designed for 720p. That's why if you play at that resolution the UI isn't bothersome at all. That being said, the companion wheel is still garbage looking even in 720p :D
