Makes the bobblehead perks added by TTW visible in the Pip-Boy with proper descriptions and icons, because they're not by default for some reason.
May become obsolete if TTW ever updates again, will take it down if that happens.

Me: It annoyed me.
Installation:
Installs like any other mod, manually or using a mod manager, I recommend the later for easy uninstallation.
Uninstallation:
Installation in reverse.
