Hello one, hello all. My name is Ruler Of Worlds and I have a mod for you!
This mod replaces the VATS sound effects with the sound effects Dio(!) or Jotaro makes when they stops time.
No BS!
No ESP!
Only fun!
No voices!
EASY INSTALL FOMOD!
Don't Like it? Remove it, and your back to default!
I also included the sound effects for popular bullet time mods, although you need this mod: Bullet Time Sounds for Bullet Time mods otherwise it won't work (replaces the sound effects in that mod with those of this mod.) Make sure to load my mod after that mod.

Installation instructions:
Lastly, if anyone knows how to add a background sound effect to VATS that ends when you exit VATS DM me, and I'll post it here with a connected sound file. (ticking sound file) I ask because if you add it to the _enter sound effect it doesn't end when you exit VATS.
