A complete interior overhaul of Brooks Tumbleweed Ranch. Works well as a player home.

- Lots of containers (safe to store items)
- Crafting stations: workbench, reloading bench, electric hot plate
- Water fountain (purified)
- Lucky shades (if you don't want to kill 25 NCR soldiers for it)
- Star cap and speech skill book are still in the house, on the right after entering

If you find a locked container, the key to it is in the house too (hidden somewhere). There is nothing super important in the container, just a little bonus for finding it and its key.
