My own personal enb preset to best describe it is it feels like your in Nevada dry and sunny with the occasional overcast use with Altitude and SILO

Just my own personal ENB preset I used Jimbo's Decently Okay ENB as a base and modified it to my liking and added a couple things
How to install
1.Download latest ENB
2. Extract d3d9.dll and enbhost to New Vegas Folder
3. Extract Contents of NEWB ENB to New Vegas Folder
4. Play New Vegas
5. Take Pretty Screen Shots
make sure to turn off Antialiasing and Anisotropic Filtering in the FNV options menu also uncheck water displacement
