any news on updating to use the new hitman anims? (season 2) while not unbearable its a little jarring to pull out a weapon and have it use the default fallout anims lol
Hitman's released his .44 animations now. Do you think you could release an update that ports over those animations to the .44 and 45-70 revolvers? You might also see about using either the .44 or the Police Pistol animations from the same mod on the .38 revolver. Maybe even an option to use the new 12.7mm pistol animations on the Desert Eagle?
EDIT: And, taking a look at them again, I think the 10mm SMG animations might work on the Homemade .22 SMG.
Are there any serious clipping issues? Gifs provided are too low quality and display in very small window to see anything. From distance it of course looks cool. But I'd prefer them to look like anims were made for these specific guns.
If anyone want to use AK with Chinese Assault Rilfe Animation there is great tutorial Here (Stick comment). You can use chinese assault rifle for the magazine & bolt.
Would it be possible to add in the same fix that Hitman has for his animations? At least the pistols so far using this mod have useless iron sights due to the amount of jump the guns have due to Hitman's animations. (Only ones I found yet), would make using them feel so much better. ^^
Hey bro, I believe I found why the Chinese assault rifle (ak74) and the raider assault rifle (aek971) are incompatible with hitman's animation, for they all use the animation named "2hareloadi", instead of "2hareloade", which hitman made for original fo3 Chinese assault rifle. There's a guide on the Arsenal Weapon Overhaul - AR 15 Family? posts page on how to change the animation type. Hope it will be helpful to you.
Massive help, thank you. Hopefully I can get an update out that'll change these rifles to use the reloadE anims. It means adding an .esp to the mod but that should be fine.
EDIT: After having a closer look, I'm not sure how feasible this is. In order to port over the anims, I'll need to use a weapon that uses the ReloadE anim set (same as CHA). However, The only weapon that uses the ReloadE anim set is the BB gun, which doesn't have a magazine I can use for this process. If anyone knows of any Nexus mods that use the ReloadE anim set for any reason, let me know.
Maybe you can uncompress the .bsa files to get the .nif file of the original Chinese assault rifle, you can also download camon's CHA or tammer's compact Chinese assault carbine to get their .nif file. I guess they all use the 2hareloadE? animation.
By the way, the BB gun actually uses the 2hrreloadE animation, which is different from the 2hareloadE the CHA uses. 2hr means two-handed rifle and 2ha means two-handed automatic rifle. I'm a little busy these days, but I will try to change the animation once possible.
Oh nice, I'll check out those mods if I get the chance, also I forgot about the unused mesh of the CHA in the base game lol. If I get the time I'll have another crack at it today, it'd be nice to get these weps to use the anims.
