Allows player to wear some faction clothing as disguises

This mod will allow you to use faction clothing as disguises while travelling the wasteland. There is another mod that already does this but it didn't work very well. I was able to walk right up to a couple raiders and blow one of their heads off with the other one. The other raiders kept going about business as if nothing happened. So I wrote this mod to be more immersive.
Equipping a faction costume(armor) will notify you in the upper left of your screen. Helmets or headgear not necessary.
Attacking a member of that faction will turn any nearby member hostile. When combat is over, your disguise will be reenabled. If a companion has a matching costume in their inventory, they will equip it too. They will revert back when unequipping the costume.
This will not make members of other factions hostile based on your choice of faction clothing. It only temporarily adds the player faction as a friend of the other faction.
This mod does not modify any game files. Event handlers are used to watch for player kills, equip and unequip events.
WARNING: Don't talk to the Talon Company! They will see through your disguise and immediately open fire. It must be the accent. (They actually threaten to kill you every time you talk to them so I just enable that.)
Hitsquad, Talon Company or Regulator, members know who you are and will find you regardless of your current disguise.
