I would say don't bother with this mod. Just configure your own damage scaling. This mod makes enemies take a lot of damage in the torse which makes littles sense. Also COMPLETELY breaks dead money(everything just dies in 1-2-3 shots).
(Edited)Here is my comment after playing with this in TTW(I only used TTW To play FO3), I will divide this into 2 parts, playing with "Progression Mods like Sawyerbatty or JSawyer Ultimate" and without them.
1.With Progression Mods. Well, since the beginning most enemies are tough with these Mods, almost everyone (not all), are that though that if you don't use piercing armor, you will do basically nothing,all have an elite armor basically. The other is that you bring companions, in my case Scratch and bittercup were carrying me, enemies from me take little damage, and piercing armor were very scarce, very. So, with this Mod and the optional file of damage modifier the thing change, not too much but at least was something compared to how i started, i was playing in normal and hardcore and yeah, enemies need a lot of bullets and i die from a few even with this Mod. Is up to check with those Mods if it is something of your taste (I'm not criticizing them, they are more for a specific kind of player).
2.Without Progression Mods. Basically, now enemies can die with normal ammo and you don't really need that piercing armor that much, so it's still scarce but at least you can defend yourself. Now with this Mod and if you put the damage modifiers, the thing goes wild(Remember that you if you know how, you can edit the ini of this Mods to tweak the damage to your licking, i used the default settings that audixas put), now firefights are equal, you die fast, they die fast, some enemies take more shots (tho not as many as with the progression mods or vanilla), but that's reasonably, you know, super mutants and super mutants overlords for example, and explosives are the cherry on top, you know if a missile, a frag, a mini nuke is going your way, run, or wait for the fun death(?.
Yes, i strongly recommend this Mods alone if you want the Bleed experience without the extra stuff, and the damage modifier if you feel like falling into madness. Thanks for the Mod Boss!
I like the explosives changes, more damage, smaller radius (except for mines which are doubled in radius). The flame/poison damage buff was appreciated as well. I also like the change of 2.5x headshot/weak point damage, though I wished that the torso change for humanoids to 2x the damage was reverted because it makes headshots feel less impactful. Robots also shouldnt have any multiplier changes because that is what makes robots challenging in the first place. Wasn't a fan of certain creatures having their strong points removed for a 1x mutiplier across their body. Some areas weaker than others makes combat a little more engaging. Though I made all the edits mentioned on my own for personal preference and will endorse :)
Edit: For those using jswayer ultimate edition and its ttw patch, I recommend only using this mod with normal difficulty or else things might get a bit difficult
