I'm either late to this, or you already found a fix.
Anyways, to fix the duplication with MUX, all you gotta do is just delete this mod.
MUX has a built in kill feed if you didn't know (I sure as hell didn't), to edit MUX/add a kill feed, press F11 to bring up the hud editor. Once it has appeared at the top of your screen, there will be a little icon at the corner - I don't know how to explain what it looks like so I'll just add an image that may or may not have horrible resolution.
Click on that icon and a search menu will appear, here you can search "Kill Feed" and enable it. Plus, you can enable things like floating damage numbers or floating prompts. Hope this helps!
Can you make the kill feed color different depending on their alignment with you? Kind of like FPS games where they have differing color for enemy and allies.
Fantastic mod. Makes the game feel more like a shooter which is far from a bad thing IMO.
Would anyone be so kind as to share a template on how to get the feed to show up on the right side of the screen? I seem to be too dumb to figure it out on my own.
In the included INI file, scroll down to the "Translation" section and set "EnableMovement" to 1. Then use the 'x' and 'y' values below it to move the feed anywhere on the screen. Then, scroll up to the "Style" section and set "JustifyFeed" to 2.
The mod looks great. Having issues though where I only have icons popping up. No text for the kill and person are present. I can say with almost 100 percent certainty it's probably a mod conflict. Is there anything that could be impeding the text from displaying?
Sorry I'm not familiar with modding Fallout 4. If I did, I would certainly have made one. However, there is a mod for Fallout 4 called Kill Tips. It functions similar to this mod, but without the scroll animation behavior that this mod has.

Apologies and thanks in advance.
