It is the original theme by Inon Zur I simply mixed, distorted, and put the audio through some filters to make it sound like a garbled transmission playing on some of the old world tech.
This is purely a personal aesthetic to help immerse myself in the Fallout world. I decided to upload it in case somebody else wants the same feel when starting up their game.
