FIX - Optimised Teleforce mesh
NEW - Added Laser CBW, now there's a failsafe check that removes the continuous beam and replaces it with a flame if the plugins are outdated. - Added B42 Description entry for the Laser CBW. - Added Config option to disable the Laser CBW. All it does is disable all the items in the location of the weapon added by the mod. - Added an option to disable Teleforce. All it does is disable Teleforce and the two electron charge packs. It won't do anything if you already picked them up.

FIX - Concrete Cutters shouldn't spawn on level 1 Fiends anymore - Gauss Rifle and YCS don't have a super fast attack speed when using the 2mm ammo option anymore - Burst Atlas will fire 2 shots if only 2 ammo is left (before it wouldn't fire the 2 other shots if it didn't have 3 ammo)
