For some time the SHI bank has been bugged, taking the player's money instead of adding interest
(No, not the bank robbery quest. this is an actual bug.)
This is a simple script fix that removes the bugged code.
Intsallation: Any Mod Manager should work right
You need to have New California installed
And this mod should be after the New Cali ESM.

None, and there shouldn't be any.
