   .22 WMR is a common round that has more velocity than the standard .22 LR. There's even a .22 Hornet round that has a sharpened tip similar to AP rounds in larger calibers, though I don't think they'd come close to piercing an AR 500 plate.

      I actually found some ammo on some bandits, so maybe it did get added to leveled lists? Tammer's adds the .22 Plinking Rifle and enemies with that rifle had the ammo.

   Technically .22LR can already pierce "armor" - it just depends on what you classify as "Armor". (Talking about IRL here.)

   I'm very interested. Ratslayer feels nerfed in TTW with the switch .22LR, so this is handy.
