Tried to use this with Tweaks. Have all the requirements.
It breaks every weather mod. Was using nevada skies which has been updated 3 years ago. No clouds in the sky. Gone. Tried DNW instead since its a more recent mod. It even replaces the cloud.nif. Nope, no clouds. Once I disabled them, the vanilla clouds are back. Clarity mod works, but anything that changes the skybox clouds doesn't. Didn't matter how much time I waited or entered and leaving cells, fast travel. Clouds would always be gone.
To make it worse, my explosion sound effects mod stopped working. Silent mini-nukes, grenades, mines, even with missing explosion animation meshes for some reason.
I don't know if I am unlucky or if the tweaks have a tendency to just wreck other mods.
Have mod limit fix. Compared to other people, my FNV installation is fairly simple. No TTW, New california, Project Nevada. JSawyer
I have YUP. I also got FPGE and Claim the Mojave, but I dont think those mods touch on weather. Also I always keep the weather mod last on the load order because thats what they tell you to do.
Most other mods are quest mods, armor, homes or weapons.
I was willing to put up with a cloudless sky, but what really made me remove it was the silent explosions and red trangles every grenade/mine going off.
All these problems vanished when I removed the tweaks and optimization. Tried to look up if anyone had the same issues, without luck. Tried to look up in your tweaks something that affected the weather. Only found one about fast travel.
Please try disabling the subsettings in the Tweaks menu under the 'Inline Vanilla Functions' to narrow down the problem. You'll see them on the left as: - Misc - Pathing - Save/Load - Menus - Typecasts - Actors and Processes - Audio - Scripts - Rendering
If you could try disabling like half of them to find which configuration fixes the problem, it would be most appreciated.
Any chance you could help me test to narrow it down further? I'm on the TTW, Viva New Vegas and xNVSE discord servers - no worries if not but it would be great to find and resolve the root cause of the problem
The crazy bug in Camp Golf during the quest "Flags Of Our Foul-Ups" where the NPC's get stuck in an infinite firing loop, is that a vanilla bug or could it be caused by this mod?
For anyone else experiencing a crash to desktop before the intro credits roll when using this mod with CrossOver/Wine or Proton, setting bMisc = 0 in the nvse_stewie_tweaks.ini made the game run again for me. Not sure why, but hopefully helps some
I talked with you on the TTW discord. I just tried this (bMisc=0) and it worked for my use case. Remember we narrowed it down to some newer instruction sets. I am using wine but we thought it was the computer I was using. It could be related to that.
This mod and the engine tweaks here, are they meant to go together or be separate things? As when I downloaded the files, vortex said they conflicted with each other, what gives?
I'm very confused. I keep getting a CTD error and google says something about disabling "binlinevanillafunctions" to fix it but I can't find that line in this mod or Tweak and Engine Fixes
Any chance for an update? The game crashes when I'm in Fiend territory, but when I disabled this mod, everything went back to normal. I also placed bAudiopath and bPathing all at 0.

Make sure you have the Mod Limit Fix installed, having too many files in vanilla could cause strange behaviour.
If it still happens after could you try disabling the features by searching for 'inlines' in Tweaks' menu and unticking them (misc, pathing etc.)

1) Download Mod Organizer 2 (because all the mods are made for Mod Organizer 2)
2) Download lStewieAl's Engine Optimizations
3) Download ActorCause Save Bloat Fix
4) Download lStewieAl's Tweaks and Engine Fixes
5) Put the mod on Mod Organizer 2
And normally everything works 😀
