There is already a perk included, which does so. If you want more, make it in xEdit. Open my mod in xEdit, see how it works and then just copy-paste, or increase some numbers (Float Values) to your liking. I don't want to add more reaload speed to my perks, since I try to avoid to make this a god-weapon. It is already strong for a crossbow with these perks.
For damage resistance while reloading: This is technically possible. I personally don't want this in my mod either, but it can be done.
For this one must create a perk, which adds a spell (ability) to the player when taken. This ability must use the Effect 'IncreaseDamageResistance' and have the conditions: 1) GetEquipped WeapCrossbow == 1 2) ... couldn't find this right now ... somehow the game must be told, the actor is reloading, maybe a script extender is needed for that
Search the internet on how to do so. The easiest way of learning this stuff is by reverse engineering similar stuff. Open GECK or xEdit and look at vanilla and/or mod-added perks to learn, how this stuff is working.
Would you be open to making any perks that increase damage against some kind of enemies liek factions or animals and even maybe some to increase crit chance :3 maybe even some to craft unique ammo i tried to use Xedit to make new awesome ammo types because i got some cool ideas but i just ran around in circles ><
No. Nice to read your ideas, but you will have to make them reality on your own. Run some more around in circles. One day you will see a solution. Learning this stuff takes a long, long time and some trial and error. Reverse engineer. Take notes, so you make sure, you understand how it is (not) working.

So i spoke to the Creator of the mod long story short hes like a dead beat dad he will work no more on the mod :D when you made the perks I was happy it got some support the mod creator said i had permission to work on it and improve it.
My ideas where like more weapon perks to offer more bonuses when using them?? More Challenges for using the Crossbow, for hunting different things with it. Recipes for Unique Bolts that only be acquired if you travel to some of the DLC area :D A Crossbow Energy Weapon for science Types :D And a Better Level List injection :D I think they should spawn around level 5 on Enemies :D I would love for them so spawn on some of the swamp people in the TTW point lookout :D
These are just a few ideas to make it more apart of the game not a secrets only the player can know or use :D Fallout gets boring when you get past level 30 because none of the enemies can match your skills or have any good items :D only shitty ones they always had >W<
The perk icons I use are from the original mod creators. They are not my assets and also not included in my files, but if I upload a pic from the perk-window, well ... that would be different. Of course no mod author would sue someone else for such a thing, in that special case, but right is right. And one can see this title pic with a little blinking, you know? ;-)
Ok, you got me. First, I don't like to enable steam-overlay just for some f*cking screenshots, and disable it later again. Second my pics are funny and I like to be funny here. Third, I am unsure if a modder would be in the rightous position, if he sues another modder for using his pics as a titlepic for another mod. Even then, the chance to get sued would be very low, since I am advertising his mod here, but still. Law is law. And better to not risk anything.

In written statements it can be hard to recognize someones real intentions, and I strongly guess you thought me to be nervous about getting sued and wanted to calm me down. Your behaviour was kind. My quoted comment ('steam overlay must be activated') does not necessarily imply, that I press the correct button ingame. Not a joke. There are also mods and other ways to change the screenshotkey. Forgetting a setting, which one altered years ago, may lead to the problem, of pressing wrong button ingame and wondering, why no screenshtos have been taken. So your question, if I know, how to make screenshots, was still justified. It COULD be, that the described accident happened on my end. Noone knows. Sometimes things are too obvious to be recognized. In reality, as well as in humor.
Next update can you add a level list where Some of the Enemies like White legs and legion can use the crossbow or add it to their level list also some of the Raiders in the DC area.............i hate finding a cool weapon and it like wait.....does no one else in the whole world have a weapon like this??

(If I directly link the comment, the link leads to the forum, which looks terrible, compared to the comment section.) These lists already exist in the crossbow mod. Just a quest needs to be added. No, I won't implement this. My mod just adds perks. Imo the mod author wanted to implement it, and seeing now the comments under his mod, he will fix this sooner or later.
