Problem was I missed the "FX" folder in the pathing. 4 years absence from the modding scene will do that to you.
A big thank you to everyone who jumped in my messages to help find the problem. While nearly all of us missed the illusive "FX" folder, we got there in the end. The Nexus community never ceases to amaze me with your support, I don't deserve you.
How about a hint as to where in Goodsprings the rifle is. i've searched every house (and around), every ruin, every trailer, truck bed, and hours trailer in town but can' t find it.
Thx for the mod. East side of Old W Inn (incl. tires and other garbage) cover space for camp for "NV Bounties II" quest "Loaded for bear". The player must clear (by cons. comms "disable" or "zap") space before starting this quest.
Awesome gun but... the location is an absolute disaster with 10+ npc's firing at you all at once while half of them run into rocks and debree, also some that get stuck into the inside the mesh of the saloon and was causing crashes once firefighting starts or being near the area for 15+ seconds. removing all the entries related to the quest, navmesh and location data and just buying the gun from gunrunners works great
Although Damage needs a heavy nerf as the crit damage/damage modifiers are quite high, Especially for the Skill Req and early locations they're located as well as on the base rifle alone the limb damage multiplier is set to 7.0 while the vast majority of weapons are set at 1.0. the named rifle has a 10x limb multiplier. I also noticed the bolt action reload sound doesn't play if ADSing.
i wouldn't call this a bug or a conflict but the tires on the right side of the bar sits just on top of where a note from new vegas bounties II sits at the campsite for loaded for bear, a nonissue for me just console command and disable the tires via the disable command and its fine, making this post to keep yall aware great rifle mod , has great sights, not overpowered yet not underpowered this is gonna stay in my loadout as long as i have fnv installed
This is often said but Navmeshing has always worked fine on all of my mods I've made using just esps. If the enemy can run around and attack without standing in one spot, the Navmesh is working.

Gang was creepy as hell and a fire fight. I hope they don't respawn...? That'll muck up the road, haha.
