I installed the mod and generated the LOD but it doesn't seem to be working. I do have Better Strip View installed but I don't know if that would really affect the model itself and only the position it's in. If it is though would it be possible to make a compatible version of this mod for it?
That mod shouldn't affect this in anyway. Is it possible you have some other mod overriding this? Also do note this is specifically for the strip and not strip as seen from Freeside.
This mod does not work outside the strip. It edits the LOD model which is used inside the strip to show the glowing windows which were previously obscured. These glowing windows don't exist anywhere else but inside the strip worldspace. So freeside, camp mccarran and the mojave don't have the glowing windows for gomorrah.

Would you be willing to package / merge all your strip-related mods into one? I have them all but it would really clean up the load order.
