Problems with distance vision: It's so good to play Fallout 3 again and remember this typical glitch. It's not a misplaced or missing "shader flag" It's a bad NiAlphaProperty value, which is 200 when it should be 60. When set to 200, the decals appear or disappear suddenly. When it is at 60 the decals disappear or appear slowly fading without perceiving and lightening the graphic load To fix it you just need to use NifSkope and change the value. I hope the author is still active to fix his mod.
GENIUS! One of the most annoying graphical issues in the game, at least for me, completely fixed! And the same goes for the vents in your other mod! Now, if only I didn't have the same exact issue with a bunch of other objects that have some kind of specular texture (e.g. the ivy leaves in Vault 22, the panes in "medical" sepaarators used in clinics throughout the game and the tiles in places like the bath-house of the Ultra-Luxe... that would be perfectly splendid! Anyone having these same issues as well? Or is it just my luck?
You are an absolute saint! Now I can go through metros and not have to worry about disco-ball litter on the ground whenever I wanna use a pip boy light lol.
Thanks for the mod, I was wondering if it intentionally made the litters texture more floaty? I mean it doesn't flicker anymore, but it made the litters looks like they're flying an inch above the ground
Yup that’s mine. Some areas suffer worse than most. Due to how the mesh was laid out if I made them to close to the ground you’d see flicker due to uneven ground. So it’s basically robbing Peter to pay Paul. A thought I had was to create an actual ESP for it to level out the meshes. That’s very tedious & I don’t have the time atm. Thou eventually I may change things up with the litter. Currently I’m trying my own hand at a lighting mod/ideas.
v5 has been uplodaded. The only thing changed was streetlitter01.niff. Parts resized thou none of the height of the meshes have been touched. Hopefully this should be the last for a bit. I ment to upload this friday but have been busy on this end. Apologies.
Let me know if anyone finds any odd meshes/placements/flickering. So far the only weird ones I've come across is from litter placed by other mods. So unless I want to make patches its best to disable those in console just so you don't have to see them. I've also kept 4b up for now just in case.

I am wondering how it introduced these ads on the main menu though lol
