Some of the textures look really noticeably tiled when looking at the actual texture file (NCR hats 01 and 03), but it's not quite as noticeable if I'm not zoomed out on the mesh in nifskope, I'll probably have PM's textures overwrite those two for now. The rest are incredibly good though, when I get time I'll try to fix the clipping issues with my desperado hat mesh replacer and then I'll take a look at the next worse offenders and try to make them nicer to go with this.
Thank you for your feedback \comments. Yes, I installed your "Improved Desperado Hat" and that's what prompted the idea that hats have the right to be more...fresh. Well, if you make the mesh on the rest of the hats more dense, similar to the Desperado Hat, then I will most likely correct or redo some textures. With regard to the "tiles" when viewing some textures, I am aware, but the calculation was that in the game it would not be so noticeable due to the normal map.
