Looking for quests in Primm, probably gonna send me after Nightstalkers
Each board offers different quest types, and with that, different targets based on faction relations
Score some caps killing Fiends!
McCarran, being self-sufficient, will only send you after people/creatures causing trouble in the area
Quests show up where they should, they fully disappear after completing/failing them
Quest updates in action
Version 2.2 introduced board animations. The animations require kNVSE and can be turned off in the Settings.ini
Speaking of the Settings.ini, these are all of the variables you can make changes to. So you can customize your experience.
Some boards (very few) can be turned over to other factions depending on the world state. Here is the Nelson board post-NCR capture.
Depending on your reputation with certain factions, you can be barred from picking up quests from the boards.
Version 2.2 introduced extra quest rewards. I think it looks ugly in the menu, so the text is disabled by default. This can be toggled in the Settings.ini
Support for every mod. Such a crazy thing to say, but if one of these boards are in a Worldspace - it will search for quest targets.
New and improved terminals with unique meshes, textures, and side panel art dependent on faction
