I would love if this could affect the radio, maybe your listening to the radio and you hear. "This is Mr. New Vegas saying... We'll see you soon... courier..."
Or "... In other news... A dead body has been found in a shallow grave in the small town of Goodsprings. The person appears to have been a complete nobody that no one will miss, they have died alone, unloved, and missed by no one... "
Or Maybe depending on what characters are dead you hear them over the radio talking to you. like you hear benny, or house or sunny talking to you over the radio.
I know its probably imposable but I so wish that could happen.
My sincerest apologies for the late reply. I was using a Wabbajack modlist that I have since uninstalled. I will make a new attempt and see if it works. I shall notify you if it does not. Otherwise, assume it does.
The only thing that'll make it better is more voice lince! Voice Actors did a fantastic job! I particularly like when they are "arguing" :D
Maby a new set of triggers for voices? Like Dehydration, Hunger and Sleep Deprivation at really high lvls would make them say things?
I really loved the "Comment" on the Megaton when I first entered the Town, more of that would be cool ^^
A Visual Hallucinations of People you killed (Like Important Characters) or witness die, when you are at your lowest - Like, Father, Benny, maybe dead companions that didn't survive the Hardcore?
Perks? Like "MAD MAX" Inspired, Challenge Perks that is, like "Survive 10 days on Insanity" or something, would unlock a new voice, that's "supportive", feeding into the delusions :D
An easter egg or few, while talking to Mad NPCs? (Like one of your voices agrees with what they say, or "translates" it?)

You should add support for this mod where the books lower your sanity. (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/77822?tab=description). If I knew how to I would but I don't really understand the GECK.
Could you add compatibility with Dust Survivor Simulator? So it matches the game sanity structure. It would be cool to have those voices to make the sanity much more impactful.
Hello! Just started playing with this mod after playing The Evil Within and getting an idea for a Psyker build based around the villains from those games.
I have a quick question about the triggers for the voicelines of the.... well... voices, and if it plays alright with alternative methods of fast travel. One of the mods I considered using is this one https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/79403 to mimic teleportation randomly around akin to Ruvik's "Glitching" in game, however, I noticed/felt that, when using that, it took a really long time before I got any of the random voicelines to play (Which have caused me to jump on occasion), so I wanted to be sure any mods that let you travel outside of the Pip-boy didn't break things.
Also, it may just have been timing on me checking the perk, but does taking "Wild Wasteland" at creation automatically set you to "Unstable/Stage 2"?
Thank you for awesome mod, and I'm looking forward to seeing how my character breaks down as we have the NCR for Dinner.
The fast travel stuff shouldn't cause any issues. The random voicelines are truly random, meaning sometimes you can hear multiple within a few minutes and then play for another 30 minutes and not hear anything. So you feeling a long pause between lines was probably just a coincidence.
And to your second question, the mod gives you the "Mentally Unstable" state by default at the start of the game, it has nothing to do with Wild Wasteland. This feature can be turned off in the INI, but as you have already started your playthrough, this setting won't do anything anymore. It only works on a new game.
