After looking at this in xEdit, it seems like the wrong edits were copied forward. Gonna want to forward the base-game's Upper AND Lower Teeth nifs so that the eyelashes are completely unreferenced.

Thanks for the heads-up, I forgot how GDrive works, lol. Had to make it public, should be good to go now. Just lemme know if it doesn't work for any of you, it should theoretically be functional in reverting the teefers back to vanilla's, but who even knows if the hair can work without that. Did for me, but I've tinkered some on my end that might make my changes only useful individually.

Would you consider uploading this fix to Nexus as a fix to this particular fix file?

Slick! Glad to hear it, haha. I also figured out what the problem was with CKR-Hair to begin with! Not just the fix but the actual 'lol oopsie' that caused a need for it: Hair's got 3 files: whatever.dds, which is the diffuse, then _n.dds for the normalmap, then _hl.dds for the hair layer. Well, naming the base eyelashes file eyelashes_d.dds instead of eyelashes.dds made the eyelashes_n.dds be basically unreferenced and all. So the game wants _d_n.dds and it doesn't exist. Oopsie. IF you want to fix this simply, you can just unpack a copy of eyelashes_n.dds into (mod folder name for MO2; Character Kit Remake - Hair)\textures\bale\hair\male\adult\eyelashes and name it eyelashes_d_n.dds

Oh, and if you want to use either that remedy OR the edited .esp I posted above, HoundDogBlue, go for it! I'd appreciate it knowing it helps someone out!

Here's the 'fix' for the missing normalmap eyelash texture, by the way. This'll fix the core issue this mod was fixing. https://drive.google.com/file/d/1trlTGri57qFBdhdjn7hd8H-XpGbm5A6k/view?usp=sharing

I hope the mod author of this takes note of your work and updates accordingly, or else their mod will most likely remain pointless.

Alexandr, you really should upload this on your own.

Thank you massively for this, seriously.

So, do we need the original mod on this page now with this fix and let this new mod from Alex overwrite?  Or, can we just use this fix from Alex and that's that?

update - seems like Alex's mod does not overwrite the orignial here...so, I guess ill just use Alex's mod instead. (unless someone says otherwise) Thanks again partner!

Tried installing your mod from MO2 (install from archive option) and it keeps saying that the .esp file extension isnt supported. Any advice?

UPDATE: I compressed it into a zip file, and it installed properly. Going to load NV to see if there arent any issues. Will update again

Hey that's what my copy looks like! The one I bought at a garage sale for 50 cents from some old guy at a house that ended up being abandoned.

Did you get yours from that guy? The blood textures in that version are crazy realistic, bro should upload them to the nexus

Is this a fix because you unpacked the BSA?

..... That would explain quite a few things. I saw a lot of animation error but i did get this code once or twice in a few logs. Definitly grabbing that just in case.

EDIT: ... okay, that actually causes the same problems reported under in this section.

Son of a... is that why my new game upon entering the Prospector Saloon kept crashing with the out of memory pop up? I slashed my load order to continue!

Why not just repackage the BSA with the missing file? All you need to do is make a copy of the other eyelash_n.dds and rename it

Doesn't seem to work right for me. It just turns everyone's eyelashes into solid black shapes.

Thanks, I've been having such crashes and have seen those errors, guess I didn't think it would have such an effect. I'll try it out
