About this mod
Adds sands to the wasteland roads. Emulates a global-illumination-like effect by making roads and sidewalks reflect neon light, sun, sky, moon and other light sources.

The wasteland roads use the sandy texture. Urban and strip roads use two different broken asphalt textures.
For best results add the following under [Display] in your falloutcustom.ini
fEnvMapLOD1=10000
fEnvMapLOD2=12000
fSpecularLODStartFade=24000
fSpecularLODRange=12000
The mod adds custom LOD textures, so regenerating LOD is a necessary step. Do so following this guide. The roads are flagged as high-priority LOD, which will make them visible at larger distances (Thanks to FireKahuna.)
The included meshes contain latest fixes thanks to Inthegrave.
The FOMOD installer also has the option to use the mod as a simple texture replacer, without the reflections.
