Version 0.30-ALPHA
- - Added lots of drop/pickup sounds to items
- - Major revamp of leveled lists, containers, and NPC and Creature inventories. I've manually looked at every single one and tweaked them so that loot is rarer, but overall more varied.
- - Vendors have huge amounts of items for sale. They are your best source of ammunition
- - Food and Chems have been tweaked again
- - Chem positive effects don't stack but their negative effects and withdrawal effects do
