- Changelogs
-
-
Version 0.44-ALPHA
- - Buffed armor HP
-
Version 0.42-ALPHA
- - Added in an ammo formlist for the nailgun
-
Version 0.41-ALPHA
- - Fixed losing karma from killing neutral creatures/NPCs
- - Reverted NPC/Creature HP back to vanilla: keep a look out for extremely hard fights/bullet sponges
- - Nerfed Grave loot
- - Added in incremental skill bonuses for Melee/Unarmed for certain characters, giving them +100 melee and unarmed at level 35
-
Version 0.40-ALPHA
- Nerfed all weapons and Armor, and they have less HP
- Armor enchantments have more effects
- Ingestibles have been overhauled: chems are really powerful, and have much more negative effects
- Leveled lists, Leveled NPCs and Leveled Creatures now actually scale based on level, however it's very "crunched" as opposed to vanilla. Most things scale only up to level 20, and past that they have a massive increase in possible items
- Better ammo and max item condition are found at higher levels
- Creatures can now do special attacks that damage health but scale with radiation resistance
- Head armor has more DR (usually 15+) so it synergizes well with JIP localized damage
- Reverted armor name changes so the player doesn't think its a new armor type
- Ammo effects have been nerfed
- Many items weigh even less now
- Removed many dialogue edits so that it doesn't interfere with Brave New World
- Your special stats now affect more derived stats! Luck affects your condition damage, for example
- Reverted all frivolous edits to Creatures and NPCs, they are now identical to YUP except for Classes, Stats, Actor Effects and Inventory
- Nerfed the inventory of a lot of NPCs
- Made NPCs scale with Rank: For example, Rank 40 scale up to level 40
- Class system has been revamped: All NPCs have Big Guns, Guns, Explosives and Energy Weapons tagged, and melee/unarmed characters have a special buff where they get bonus melee/unarmed damage based on level
- Rank 40 enemies have a chance for lots of money
- Raiders have worse quality items
- Leveled lists favor melee/unarmed at early levels and ranged at higher levels
- Overhauled the karma for all characters: Outright hostile enemies are generally evil, major factions are neutral and innocents/bystanders/fluff npcs are good (so that you lose karma killing them)
- Weapons have a chance to spawn with loose mods, if applicable
- Buffed many perks and split them into multiple ranks
- Dead npcs scale with level so that their loot isnt always level 1
- Removed a lot of the faction changes/edits so it doesn't mess with AI
- All energy based effects scale with energy resist now
- Renamed enemies so that you can tell the weapon/relative strength of an enemy now
- Added many weapons to the proper perk lists: some weapons are affected by 4 perks now!
- Added in a huge amount of new leveled lists to NPCs, Containers and sublists
- Negative Effects of addictions and hardcore needs are much more severe
- Your reputation affects barter costs
-
Version 0.30-ALPHA
- - Added lots of drop/pickup sounds to items
- - Major revamp of leveled lists, containers, and NPC and Creature inventories. I've manually looked at every single one and tweaked them so that loot is rarer, but overall more varied.
- - Vendors have huge amounts of items for sale. They are your best source of ammunition
- - Food and Chems have been tweaked again
- - Chem positive effects don't stack but their negative effects and withdrawal effects do
- - Made doctor services much more expensive
- - Unique NPCs have unique loadouts with better equipment and rarer ammo
- - Rank 40/Tier 9 enemies have perfect condition items, very high stats, and guaranteed Pre-War ammo
- - Tweaked weapon stat requirements

- - Reduced XP from skill checks in Goodsprings
- - Added in a tiny incremental bonus to all of the Implant perks
- - Added in a system to protect important named NPCs from damage not by the player
-
Version 0.21-ALPHA
- - Nerfed movement speed
-
Version 0.20-ALPHA
- - Rebalanced armor to favor DT over DR
- - Rebalanced most armor effects to have bigger skill bonuses and less negative effects
- - Rebalanced and adjusted various formulas: Skill has more of an effect on Damage, and Leveling is now not as slow
- - Rebalanced BodyPartData to not be as extreme
