    Does this add a chance for NCR heavy troopers to be wearing this or does it just put this armor in a location?

    Great looking mod btw and it makes sense lore-wise

      No, all the mod does is replace the APA Enclave insignia with an NCR one

      You are make it a standalone or add it to the Heavy Troopers leveled list
