- Fix inadvertent blocking of player who allowed Cass to die from going on warehouse raid

- Started over from scratch to clean things up some and added a lot more than originally intended.
- Took a lot of notes on the quest to help me figure out what I'm doing.
- Frisking with holdout weapons available.
- Guard Duty with Simon setting up "BlackMarks" and returning your previously equipped armor. (took me awhile to figure the armor out, I'm new at this)
- Guard Duty Report with Gloria using "BlackMarks" to change rewards.
- Package Delivery Report with Gloria.
- Barter menu price adjusted by "BlackMarks".
- Confronting Jean-Baptiste over Cass with some dialog changes allowing you to continue quest or fail. (What I originally set out to do.)
- Cass refuses to help as a follower for the warehouse fight.
- Force Simon to "evp" while talking about guard duty report since he sometimes just stands at the counter.
- Force player to draw weapon after Simon gives it to him for guard duty.
- Force player to holster weapon after Simon takes Van Graff stuff back so your not standing there with your hands out.
- Push companions when bomb explodes and now it hurts those pushed by the bomb.

- Set quest Birds of a Feather to fail after using Terrifying Presence to stop Jean-Baptiste from killing Cass
