      Doesn't Troopers already have standard armors? Dragbody overhaul do covers the troopers from Hoover Dam

      I'll check it up if not

      No, the mod aim to restore the standard armors in inventory just so your own replacers and overhauls of NCR Veteran Rangers can function, while that mod mostly retextures to higher quality but independent from replacers
