I'm not sure what the issue could be but I've added filters to the event handler. The distribution script for the named rangers will only fire when you enter certain cells.
Interesting design, though I think the helmets look a little goofy and out of place compared to the armors, feels like the helmets should be part of a Veteran Ranger's gear, or the Rangers using them should have a more "spec ops" flair, like some of the other added armors. The default "civilian" armors look a little out of place with it.
I've been messing around with scripting thanks to 1st Recon Re-Outfitted. I can look into having the rangers unequip the helmets if they have certain armors on. Can't say when I'll get around to it, though. Also, if you remove the semicolons from the following lines at the top of gr_RangerArmorDistro.txt, the rangers will not spawn with that armor:
Not every ranger will be equipped with NVGs and a full plate carrier with shoulder and loin armor, and the gear is distributed quite well with the newest 4.4 update.
My only complaints are that the armor from image 14/21 don't look that great, and that the red baseball cap can be quite jarring, but neither item spawns often enough for it to be anything more than a nitpick.
I'd personally like the modified carbine to be an optional download, but otherwise it's very well made. Fingers crossed someone will make animation patches for it.
It should be in the sense that my mod doesn't make any hard edits in the GECK. With the exception of some of the named rangers, the armor from this mod are distributed via JIP scripts. The named rangers in the outposts are given their armor through a quest script. I'm not sure that the armor from here will benefit from the textures in the mod you linked but you can try it out, as this mod doesn't change texture paths.
Yes this is compatible, the script adds the armors from this mod to the civilian ranger outfit lists so it adds quite a lot of variety to them. Just like the right to bear rearmed adds to the the standard NCR trooper armor lists. Edit: Nexus multi posted my reply sorry for the spam comment.
This is awesome, the outfits fit my game so well that it's definitely a permanent keep in my load order. Plus the nifbashed assets works with PM's HD Ranger Outfits, 2clip's NCR Retexture, and chilloucik's Clothes HD too. Can we get a version of the Field Hand Armor where the pouch bandoleer is slung around the waist instead of around the the shoulder to hip?
I appreciate the kind words and the endorsement. I don't know how to re-rig the bandolier to move properly with the waist. I can try adding the pouches from the leather armor but those would only be at your back.

This is so so so so so sick man. I always wondered why, after seeing Grahams armor set, we didnt see more pouches or vests especially on NCR soldiers. Im currently travelling to all the outposts to find the perfect fit lol
