I'm not sure when emil will be available as a shop on 9S's route if you have missed him on 2B's run. But the dress isn't available from the beginning in his shop. Means you have to do some trades with him. But it feels more like character developement then a quest.
I mean its been years since this game came out but we havent got a single nude mod for this guy. at this point I dont even think a single modder wants to make a nude mod for 9s.
We truly appreciate your works and I’m personally really glad to have some 9S mods like these! (FINALLY SOME GOOD F-ING FOOD xD) But seriously, take your time. You making a nude mod of him would be a dream come true for me though, it will take some time and some dedication! Know that We’ll always be there to support you for whatever you have next to offer for our best boi! Keep up the great work!
(sorry for the late reply!) Progress has slowed to a crawl atm since I'm sort of in the middle of classes, but he is the main mod I'm working on as of late! I promise you'll see him here eventually and he'll be all yours once the day comes ;)

There are countless nude 2Bs running around and 9S gets neglected all the time, even gets replaced </3
Recently, some modders and I have agreed that it's time to saturate the community with more 9S and A2 mods haha
