The mod should already have both "wp" and "misctex" folders ready for simple drag and drop inside your "data" folder.
If you want to do it manually, create "misctex" folder inside your "data" folder and drop the two files (misctex_wp0440.dat and misctex_wp0440.dtt) there
The final path should look like this: NierAutomata/data/misctex
This misctex folder will contain the two misctex_wp0440 files
Make sure you placed both files in the correct folder. In your Steam folder navigate to steamapps\common\NieRAutomata\data\wp and place the two files in the wp folder
