Can this mod give me any item? I stopped playing on my PS5 because of some motor oil I needed for a weapon, any way I can cut the grind down would be fantastic, thx.
Thank you for this! Im loving the game and im still in the beginning stuff as I just started playing but I saw that the main character gets older at some point which is cool but I really dont like the look so im glad with this I can change the model
Did anyone find a workaround for kaine being level1? I would really like to get my second playthrough with her going (I know aboud the door bugs) but its impossible with level 1 :D
Workaround for playing as Kaine: Download the old executable from here (replace the existing one in the game root folder) then download version 1.2 (found in the old files section) of papa nier launcher then download this mod version 1.0.0 (found in the old files). Start the game using papa nier launcher and select adult protagonist option then launch the gadget and swap to Kaine. You will probably have to start a new game as Kaine will be level 1 until you actually level her up by killing enemies. Next time when you load your save switching to Kaine will keep her level and items you have picked up. Note that you will get stuck when entering the village, junk heap or lost shrine so switch back to the protagonist model when doing so.
Is it possible to get all the words with this? If not, have you got any idea if there is anyone working on something to increase words drop rate or something? Some words drop rates are ridiculous... I remember farming them in the original game, don't wanna suffer again.
for some reason using the program makes my CPU go to 100% and fans ramp up as well... The same happened to me in Automata. The only way to stop it is closing the game
It should be fine for you. It could be Windows Defender (or any other antivirus) thinking that ReplicantGadget could be a threat as it reads / writes memory from a separate process. Take a look at your task manager when you open the gadget, you should be able to see what is causing it.
Thanks for the workaround. Playing as Kaine is awesome (her move set is really cool) but buggy as hell. It seems she can't get into all the indoor environments, you just get stuck whenever trying to walk inside any house. At this stage, Kaine looks just for fun unless someone finds a workaround to get through it.
For village, junk heap, and lost shrine, Kaine will get stuck if you don't switch back to Nier first by saving and loading. I have fought all bosses except the shipyard boss with her.
