The file provided is still missing the TEXTURES folder for the .lua script. The changelog says it was added but the file preview shows it's still not there.
Into the "modextrafilestoinclude" folder, which should be in the same directory that ModScript Folder and BUILDMOD file is located, if it's not there just create it.
if you use the .pak file, you don't need the TEXTURES folder. It is only there if you need to merge the mod with others with AMUMSS and if there's no ModExtraFilesToInclude folder in AMUMSS, place it into ModScript\GlobalMEFTI folder (AMUMSS change)
I hope this isnt received as me trolling, but each time i see this mod i think "Do people know this?", im just trying to spread helpful thing to know
If you have Atlas 2, you no longer need Atlas 1, and if you have Atlas 3 you no longer need Atlas 2 + 1 So im not sure they need recolouring, since you only have 1 of them in your inventory at any time, but its nice you give people this option <3
Also if you have the Matter Beam installed on your freighter you can keep the Atlas Pass in your freighter inventory and it still works
Good knowledge right there, i'm about to test that freighter one, which i didn't know about until now. I figure you can leave your card in the freighter's containers and as long as it's in the system (containers don't seem to show up when the freighter is elsewhere) you'll have your atlas card access AND free up a freighter slot, which is gonna be dope if it works, but with the caveat of having to pull in your freighter every time you need the atlas card.
Wow...I did NOT know that about being able to keep it in freighter inventory. Crazy that no matter how many thousands of hours I play this game, there is still always something new to learn.
This is one of those mods where I didn't know I even wanted it until I saw the mod. Most of the mods that I use are because, while playing, something bothered me so I searched for a mod to change it....but this one is just pure cosmetic goodness.

I fixed it in 6.0B mod version
