INSTALLATION
you will need nms save editior

1. Create MODS folder inside [{NMS Installation Folder}\GAMEDATA\PCBANKS\MODS], create the folder if it doesn't exist, and delete DISABLEMODS.TXT file if it exists. Copy the _Normandy2.pak inside the MODS folder

2. to get the ship you have to open up No Man's Sky Save Editor select a save you want to add the ship to (make sure to backup previous save)
click on Edit then Edit Raw JSON expand the playerstatedata and scroll down to ShipOwnership expand it should show 0-5 ships (depending on how many you have) select one ship you wish to replace with normandy sr1
replace the text on 4th line to
"Filename":"MODELS/COMMON/SPACECRAFT/FRIGATES/NORMANDYFRIGATE2.SCENE.MBIN",

3. launch game and enjoy
