im confused, in the past the mod was a .pak file, and it worked fine. but now it's an EXML and i cant get it to work. there isnt very clear instructions on any of the linked pages about EXML
For some reason, when I use your mod, I lose the ability to store more than 6 ships. I don't know if it's a particular problem or what... If you know something about it and can help me, I would really appreciate it.
i saw this mod was updated, but for some reason, the mod isn't working after updating it on nexus so then I manually installed it next and it still wouldn't work I wonder if I did something wrong I used Vortex then I switched to manually installing the mod after it wasn't working on Vortex it worked in the past but for some reason it wont work now
cannot replicate. Please read PAIN and provide relevant information, and a screenshot of your MODS folder and mode select screen. As an aside, since Consumerism is fully in EXML, it not working on the current version of the game would likely mean it would not have worked in previous versions of the game either (and so do the previous version of the mod using EXML files). It is more therefore more likely that it is a game bug
Hello, I really liked this MOD, I'm having fun with it, but it takes a long time to get the quicksiver, I made a change to your MOD and left everything FREE in the store, I would like to know if you allow me to publish the changed MOD. I've already tested the MOD and it worked perfectly, only the Iron Abrute ship still has a price.
That is very interesting because those things are free to begin with; you should have tested it more extensively before you released it and especially before I was notified of it. Now you have simply released a mod that not only does not add new functionalities, but functions literally worse than Consumerism because you didn't even use the overwrite attribute correctly. Please understand next time that you should ask for permission before releasing a mod that is basically conceptually an add-on with all functions carried over.
If you wish to continue pursuing this mod of yours, feel free to join the modding discord so people can actually help you understand how to understand and modifed the game files.
And if the answer was not obvious enough, you will not get permission until you have presented me with something that functions properly without encroaching on the functionalities of Consumerism.
easy fixes since a lot of people are whining that it doesnt work these are mainly for people new to modding or dont know the new method and what directories to use and not actual bugs, direct those to the guy who made it since idk how it works , just tryna help u out.
1 make sure you have a MODS folder in GAMEDATA. If you don't, create a folder called MODS. For all the people that have previously modded, just move it from PCBANKS to GAMEDATA. all the same. I don't know how some of you are crying and calling it "not user friendly"
2. Make sure mods are even enabled. If you load into the game and there is no mod warning screen, you haven't even enabled them. To do this: Head to "No Man's Sky" --> Binaries --> Settings --> GCMODESETTINGS.MXML. The third line down - <Property name="DisableAllMods" value="false" />. Make sure value is false, if it is true, make it false.
3. Simply re-install the mod, thats what did it for me.
questions ive seen - "do i drop the MXML file, zip file or the entire file" just unzip it and drag the entire file with all directories "i dont see the purchase options" click on the first option from the quicksilver shop as the first post states.

Please read the description the items are in the damn shop not the redeem section please use your eyes I beg you
I will no longer be accepting any bug reports regarding broken mods without using the AMUMSS lua script
Please use AMUMSS before confirming the mod is broken and reporting as such, thank
Read Preliminary Actions for mod Issue Notices (PAIN) before reporting any mod issues.
Also missing expedition rewards aren't bugs
