well, that's so important to modmaker to make lua script. Any mod will be up-to-date without rebuild pak and upload it again and again. Only one situation can make lua useless - if HelloWorld dev change ID of game definitions but the wouldn't do that because it it will affect a significant part of game code.
I've looked for a mod that does this for YEARS with no luck....Often found an outdated one, but with no lua included it was no help. This is, literally, the first time I've found a mod with this funtionality that is both up to date, and includes the lua. Thank you so much for sharing it!
Bothers me to know end that there are upgrade modules for, literally, everything in the game....except the terrain manipulator which still gives you resources at the same rate as when your save is only minutes old. The only thing that would be better than this mod is one that adds a upgrade module which does the same thing, so at least you have to work a little before getting the increase. I'll settle for not installing the mod until after I also have 'earned' the Optical Drill technology for regular mining.
